We Got You Boo Membership Terms & Conditions
It’s important to us that you are completely clear from the outset the way in which we will deliver our services to you. If you are planning to join Our Kind Girl Community (“the Membership”) then you must read these terms and conditions in full prior to purchasing. In proceeding with your purchase you are accepting them in full without variation.
The terms and conditions set out below apply to the membership offered by We Got You Boo Limited, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 15792426, with our registered office at The Counting House Tower Buildings, Wade House Road, Halifax, West Yorkshire, HX3 7P3. Please read these terms carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which We Got You Boo Limited, (“WGYB”, “we”, “our” or “us”) provide services to you, as purchaser of the membership. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which we are bound and which cannot be waived by contract.
Membership Outline
We Got You Boo is a kind hearted community of kind girls. We provide the opportunity for like-minded people to come together and join our fantastic community. The membership is a place for community, connection and good conversations. It’s a place to build friendships. It’s not a marketing hub or a place where you’ll be invited to promote a business on a weekly thread.
Membership Specifics
When you join us you’ll get access to:
- Unlimited Meet-Ups and Women’s Retreats (think coffee and brunch, hiking, yoga, axe throwing (!), dinner and wine, art classes etc.) (NB: additional charges may apply see ‘Payment Terms’ below).
- Access to uplifting and relatable group chats on topics such as (career, travel, fitness, health, relationships etc.)
- Online Sisterhood Speed-Dating
- Access to peer-to-peer and expert advice
Behaviour
It is requested that at all times your behaviour towards others is polite and respectful. We will not tolerate bullying or offensive behaviour of any kind. Should your behaviour be deemed offensive or inappropriate we reserve the right to remove you from the membership with immediate effect.
Whilst we request that everyone acts with kindness and respect. We cannot guarantee that will happen and we will not be held responsible for the behaviour or actions of any other members.
We have a set of rules and guidelines which we ask you to agree and adhere to.
Please be advised that whilst we hope that you will be able to utilise the discord group chats, we make no guarantees as to the availability of the group and/or the content within the group at any time. The groups do have group administrators who should be your first contact point if you have any issues but please be aware the groups are not monitored 24/7.
Payment Terms, Refunds and Cancellation
We charge a one off-payment of £49, including VAT and sales taxes where applicable. As soon as you sign up you will be getting instant access to our community and our groups. As a result of the instant access we do not provide a refund if you change your mind so please consider your purchase carefully and if you have any questions please get in touch in advance so that we can support you.
We have a flat one-time fee to be part of the membership and community. The membership fee means that you’ll get the opportunity to attend events and retreats but it doesn’t cover the cost of them. The events are individually priced, please check the price before you purchase. When you book a place on an event you will be booking for a specific date and time and taking one of a limited number of places, therefore we do not offer refunds if you change your mind or if you are unable to attend.
If you are unable to attend the event with at least 7 days to go before the start of the event we may be able to transfer your booking to another member. Get in touch with us by email and we will do our best to support you. We reserve the right to retain transaction fees (at 5%) and apply an administrative fee (at 10%) in relation to any variation or cancellation.
Costs for retreats vary. When you choose to join one of our retreats you will be asked to review and accept an additional set of terms from our retreat partner. At all times the membership terms will apply in respect of conduct and behaviour but your contract for your retreat place will be with the third party not us.
We reserve all rights to vary, pause or terminate the membership for any reason without prior notice. In such circumstance a refund will be provided if you have been a member for less than one calendar month, otherwise you will not be entitled to a refund.
Disclaimers
The aim of the membership is to provide you with a network and community of other likeminded individuals and a kind space for conversation.
We make no guarantees or claims as to the outcomes or success for any member. Where you attend an event you may be at risk of injury and we make no claims as to your suitability to attend the event, you will be required to asses your own fitness levels as required.
No content in this membership should be construed as medical advice, whether mental or physical. If you believe that you require medical attention you should seek assistance from a medical professional immediately.
We ask that all members in the membership respect the rights of others in respect of their behaviour and privacy. We will not be responsible for the action of any members including for any disclosures made by any members based on information which has been shared within the membership.
Additional Information About Our Events
We host events and meet-ups. These are sometimes in private locations but often in shared spaces, such as restaurants or cafes and open spaces, where we don’t have private access.
Some of our events include a physical activity and you may require a certain ability or fitness level to join the event. Please check the event description prior to signing up so that you can check the suitability.

If you have a technical query relating to accessing the membership please include “Tech” in the subject line of your email correspondence.
Our core hours for emails are 10am until 4pm (GMT/BST) on Mondays to Fridays. You may see us post on social media outside of our core hours. Not all of these posts are live and some will be pre-scheduled. We are passionate about supporting everyone in the membership and where we can we may respond to you out of hours but we make no guarantees that this will always be possible.

Privacy and Confidentiality

During the course of the membership you may have access to confidential information, in particular the personal affairs of others in the membership. In accepting these terms, you agree that you will not use or disclose to any person, organisation or company, and shall use your best endeavours to prevent the publication of, any confidential information relating to any other member.
You accept that any unauthorised disclosure of personal or confidential information belonging to another may amount to immediate dismissal from the membership. Should you decide to leave the Membership then you remain bound by the confidentiality and privacy obligations.
You accept and understand that if you attend any of our events or retreats in person that photographs and video images will be captured throughout. You grant permission for your image, video footage, likeness, sound of voice on audio and video to be used without payment or any other consideration now or in the future. Any audio or visual content may be edited, copied, published and distributed and you have no rights to inspect or approve the final product. Any photographs or video content captured may be used for the intended purposes of promotional or marketing material, education videos and or course and informational videos which may be used and shared online/on the Internet, downloaded and stored and that no geographical or time restrictions are placed on the use of the material. In accepting the terms of the membership, you are agreeing to the terms relating to our capture of various content at our events. If at any point, you change your mind and you no longer wish to be included within the photographs of an event, please let us know in writing before the event.
Intellectual Property
We reserve and retain all rights to our intellectual property including our copyright and trad marks.
Feedback and Complaints
We love to hear your feedback so please do share that with us. If you have a complaint this should be made to made in writing to lydia@wegotyouboo.com
General
We intend to rely on these terms and conditions for the services that we provide to you in delivery of the membership. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.
Should there be any conflict between these terms and any membership hosting platform or payment gateway, these terms shall prevail.
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of your service. Any changes will be notified to you as soon as possible.
If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of the membership.
